Johnson will assume the role from June following the departure of Julian Rothwell. Walstead conducted an extensive Europe-wide search for a replacement CFO, seeking a candidate with significant international experience including proven leadership, accounting, finance, operational scalability, systems, and executional expertise cultivated within large manufacturing and service businesses.

Neil Johnson has more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations, systems, and accounting. He was Group CFO for Sparrows Offshore Services Group, and prior to that, CFO at Promethean World plc for over eight years.
