PPA Associate Member Wonderful Recruitment & Development is offering two free online negotiation skills taster sessions exclusively for PPA members.

The sessions are designed to support professional development within publishing organisations by building practical negotiation skills relevant to a range of roles at a time when many publishing teams are navigating margin pressure, evolving distributor relationships, and increasingly complex internal conversations.

The learning is grounded in real world language and use cases specific to the publishing sector and will be useful both as a refresher for those already confident in negotiating and for those who are just starting out.

  Negotiating skills for commercial teams – tailored to commercial roles such as sales and procurement.
  
  

• Friday 12 June | 10-11:30am
  Negotiating skills for non-commercial teams – designed for less commercially focused functions including editorial and design.

There are 15 complimentary places for each session, confirmed on a first-come first-serve basis, with a maximum one place per organisation.
