PPA Associate Member Wonderful Recruitment & Development is offering two free online negotiation skills taster sessions exclusively for PPA members.
The sessions are designed to support professional development within publishing organisations by building practical negotiation skills relevant to a range of roles at a time when many publishing teams are navigating margin pressure, evolving distributor relationships, and increasingly complex internal conversations.
The learning is grounded in real world language and use cases specific to the publishing sector and will be useful both as a refresher for those already confident in negotiating and for those who are just starting out.
There are 15 complimentary places for each session, confirmed on a first-come first-serve basis, with a maximum one place per organisation.
These sessions will be particularly useful for anyone who needs to influence decisions, agree terms, manage competing priorities, or navigate differing viewpoints across teams or with external partners.
