Springer Nature streamline advertising production with Papermules enterprise level solution, AdDesk
The recently installed system provides a central cloud based solution for Digital and Print departments to chase, create, proof and distribute advertising copy from.
Springer Nature is a global research, educational and professional publisher producing an array of brands. The company numbers almost 13,000 staff in over 50 countries.
Papermule’s cloud based digital asset management system is installed at many of the UK’s leading magazine and newspaper publishing houses. On adding Springer Nature to Papermules customer base, MD Mike Hoy said: ‘We worked closely with the Springer Nature production team to achieve a high level of automation. Their enthusiasm and input has been the reason the project has gone-live in such a short space of time’.
Stephen Russell, Head of Magazines and Advertising Production added, ‘Our workflows are now faster and more consistent and have given us the scalability that we need. The new setup allows us to have all the advertising copy within the system, rather than on various servers, giving us more control and importantly accessibility for our internationally distributed production teams’.
